Using categorized items you can easily filter items for your estimate and even use inline calculators to help determine quantities. Add contact info, photos, documents, and more.

Step 3 - Communicate

Create a professional email with the power of AI or use a custom e-mail template and send your estimate to be reviewed by the client.

Step 4 - Get Notified

Get notified when the client initially opens an estimate, signs the estimate, pays an invoice or you get a new lead.

Step 5 - Schedule

Using our integrated Google Calendar you can easily create, edit and sync events to your calendar from the TradeBox app.

Step 6 - Get Paid

We have partnered With Stripe to get you paid quickly. Pricing as low as 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge.

In 2014, I took the leap and started my own painting company. Specifically in the first year, I faced numerous challenges in finding an efficient and budget-friendly project management tool, specifically for estimating purposes. After testing out various "solutions" available in the market, I realized that none met my needs. That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands and create PaintBox - a user-friendly platform for estimating and managing clients.

Although PaintBox had a long way to go, I remained dedicated and continued coding in my spare time while running my painting business. Finally, in 2020, after years of hard work and perseverance, I proudly launched PaintBox to the public. The response was overwhelming, and I saw an incredible opportunity to expand my vision.

This led me to embark on a new venture - TradeBox. Recognizing the potential to improve workflow not only for painters but for various other trades as well, I decided to incorporate AI technology into TradeBox. The result is a flexible and straightforward platform that seamlessly integrates elegant AI-powered solutions.

With TradeBox, I aim to revolutionize the way tradespeople manage their projects, providing them with a comprehensive and efficient tool that simplifies their work.
